Format
Standard
The official rotating format used at most tournaments and in Pokémon TCG Live ranked play.
Standard is the main competitive format. Its card pool is defined by regulation marks, the small letter printed in the bottom-left corner of each card. Once a year the oldest marks rotate out, which keeps the format fresh and affordable to enter.
- 60-card decks, maximum 4 copies of any card with the same name (basic Energy excepted)
- Only 1 ACE SPEC card and 1 Radiant Pokémon per deck
- Check the official Pokémon website for the regulation marks that are currently legal
